Cavalcade Ford

This Ford dealership is comprehensive but quite personable in service provision. We had our 2017 Ford Fusion in for a recall issue with the brake hoses. It was urgent as we lost our brake fluid. We first went to a closer dealership who blithely told us they could start on it in 9 days.But Calvalcade Ford recognized the urgency . CAA towed our car on a Tuesday. It was ready Thursday afternoon. The staff were friendly and you get a real" someone on the service line when you call in. They were very organized... probably because they are popular and busy.I highly recommend Calvalcade because I think the quality of the service I got reflects generally high standards."

The service advisor was really great. I had them check over my vehicle to kale sure everything was good as my extended warranty was running out. I would have given 5 stars but they didn't see that the interior light was blown and now that my warranty is expired I'm on the hook for it!!

A bit longer than estimated time, however 10 years in the salt belt seizes everything together. Cudoes for even getting it apart. And thanks to the courteous staff member who gave me a ride home , out of her way, I might add

I haven’t had a great experience here. They told me parts were covered under warranty on the phone only to renege on that in the dealership. Because I bought my ford at another dealership they use it as reason for these issues, also because they are located in “cottage country”, as if that makes any difference. I have nothing against them, these are just my experiences

We called Cavalcade when our battery failed and we didn’t have an appointment. As busy as they were, they found time to squeeze us in and had the battery changed quickly. They called us as soon as the job was done. The staff were very friendly, professional and we would highly recommend them.

Top notch service. I was passing through town, going from Toronto to Edmonton and I had a breakdown. Not only were they able to get me in right away they had the parts in stock and had me up and running in an hour and a half. Mandy and the team should be commended for their excellent service, highly recommended.

Jeff and the team at cavalcade were able to get us into a nice ford f750 for our septic truck.Jeff answered all our questions along the way of build.We have had our truck serviced here and the experience was good.Thanks

I had our vehicle detailed at Calvalcade Ford’s Collision Centre and they did a great job. Very friendly and professional service. I would recommend them. The new facility is very nice.

Natalie helped us find almost the last Maverick (Sky) in Ontario to replace our F150 (Allie). Both in photo. Meagan and Tricia also made the buying and trade experience perfect. Very good dealership in Bracebridge! Would easily recommend to anyone looking for a Ford. This is our 4th in a row.

I was very pleased with my service on my 14 yr old ford ranger. It had an airbag recall. Staff were very helpful and all my questions were answered. They assured me the truck was safe gave me their card for future inquiries and I felt reassured & will see them again when needed. A great experience to all the staff that helped me. Thanks
