My experience was wonderful, my salesman Rich was very patient with me. I was very indecisive and had a trade, no matter how many questions I asked, and how many rings I wanted to see he never hesitated to help me.Always answer all my question and worked very hard to make me happy . Apologies for the long review but this has to be said!I have been to a number of jewelry stores locations both family owned and chain. I have never had such above and beyond service as the type I had from the location in Southland Mall in Taylor. Was not looking for anything specific myself but for my brother who was looking for a type of ring cut to propose to his lady.As I said a number of places could not accommodate to the need; but walking into this store I believe the rep’s name was Kim Sigorney (like Weaver) from appearance a bit taller than her colleagues with salt and pepper hair. She took special care to assist in the specifics that I could recall my brother was looking for. I have to say she checked all the boxes: Friendly, welcoming, patient, knowledgeable, etc. She was able to provide amazing service, that I was able to take back to my brother. From his reaction I have no doubt that he will likely be visiting the location himself and wanting to work with Kimberly.Kim thank you for treating me like a customer even thought I was just doing recon!! I’ll be back myself and will definitely be spreading the word.

I was helped by a young lady named Carly who went above and beyond to makes sure I was able to get the exact ring the love of my life was hoping for. She was extremely patient when going through all of the options and very knowledgeable when it comes to the many different types of diamonds. The whole idea of buying an engagement ring honestly gave me heartburn but Carly definitely helped make my experience in choosing the perfect ring way easier than it could have been thank you so so much Kay Jewelers and special thanks and shout out to Carly at the Southland Mall location keep up the good work! I came into the store looking to either reset a pair of earrings or trade them in. Rich was incredibly helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with! He walked me through the entire process which led me to trade in the earrings for a new pair! Thanks again Rich for such an amazing experience full of information and most importantly, great laughs!
