Sales Service 1 out of 5. Some employee's just don't care much for customer service & gives you the minimum. Not something i 'm look for when i spend thousands of $$$. Return policy 1 out of 5. It says 30 days on your billing but omits to mention not on all items. I lost big money on my return cuz i was not satisfied with my product. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt & ordered what i wanted & paid in full. 4 weeks & i had to call them many times over. In the end my product is in back order & they have no idea when they can get it. Fine for the back order but could you have at least let me know on the first week instead of telling me orders in next week every time i call & making me wait. & they wonder why we order online & don't support our locals stores anymore. Well this is why. Good luck, never going back ...

5 stars for 5 stars services and products. Thank guys for all the advises.If it’s not clear enough… go to this shop for the best pro audio gear in North America… it’s no Moog or Steve’s…. It’s superior…. Pro level superior with real staff that work in the industry.

I've made a few purchases with Studio Economik now and I have to say that the customer service I have received has been exceptional each time. Not only have they worked to find me the best product for my needs, they accommodate the forms of payment that suit me best and ship promptly. I have never waited more than two business days for a shipment. When helping me find the most appropriate product, they do so within my budget. They have never tried to up-sell me or push me to buy additional items. I am in a small town in Ontario so I have only dealt with them online and over the phone and every time it has been a great experience. With my latest purchase, when new information arose regarding my needs, they called me to help me make the most informed decision I could. Just a great institution.

Very happy with my Studio Economik experiences. Gotten some incredible deals and the customer service is great. Shout out to Alex S who has been incredibly helpful (and patient) with sourcing my gear, giving advice and finding the best prices for us. Never felt pressured and always quick to respond. Also, not sure who does the packaging but my gear is always very safely and professionally boxed and shipped. Looking forward to my next purchases with Studio Economik.

I never leave reviews but this place is worth it. The entire team at Studio Economik is extremely professional, kind, and generous with their expertise. They sold me my very first piece of gear years ago and took the time to make sure I was setup with everything I needed. They have continued to be my first choice for all my gear needs as I now open my own professional studio. I've had some very negative experiences in other stores, but at Studio Economik they never treated me differently for being a woman; they've always treated me so respectfully as an equal. Merci Studio Economik! You guys are the best!

Ordered 100 feet of Mogami W2524 cable (they sell it by the foot) anda big batch of Neutrik TS connectors at a very reasonable price.Awesome service and quick shipping. I highly recommendStudio Economik to fellow musicians here in Ontario.

Studio Economik is THE place to shop at if you're an audio professional. Most of the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, especially Ilya Pauly. He's the man to go to if you're a production sound mixer/recordist. He goes out of his way to test products for us and has personally helped me build a rockin' sound kit! Thanks :)
