I was handled by Dr Laura Canceliare all through my pregnancy . She is detailed and knowledgeable. I had all my questions answered by her. She treats patients very patiently and provides support in all ways possible.Cassandra who is the receptionist had also been very active in communicating and helpful in booking appointments at hospital which I did not get any.

I would like to thank the team at Astra once again for their dedication and care during my pregnancy journey. I had my consultation with Dr. Cheng, he was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. I am happy to share that I had success with my first IUI at the clinic. I know this does not always happen, so if this review can give someone else hope, I'm doing the right thing sharing my story. Amazing front desk staff, nurses and ultrasound technicians. The process of doing things here is super smooth and systematic.They analyze your fertility issue properly and start the treatment accordingly. Getting their treatment, I have conceived naturally and currently I am 4 months pregnant.I would definitely recommend this place to get your fertility treatment started.

Do not deal with these people. They make your pain grow in life. They rude and unprofessional people. Andrea at reception is extremely rude person. Who even is a racist. Dr. Feyles took my money and never gave me any service. I recommend every one. Not to deal with them.

My experience at both clinic is exceptional especially my home town brampton clinic the nurses are so tremendous caring and listeing samantha the nurse she's a jem to my soul andrea receptionist she is very smart kind adorable person with a golden heart and soul I adore and loved her so much throughout my journey she stood by my side never give up on me nunnette the phlebotomist she is amazing and kind such a gentle soul they all are great team mates the ultrasound tec so warmth and embracing both missugua and brampton tec and phelobotmist last but lease my journey was never a dull moment eith everyone at astray brampton I feel so emotional writing the reviews dr Micheal ypure such inspirational to my life and my family when other doctors say not possible you and God made it possible for my family am greatful and thankful to god am happy and contented you made my journey of fertility less stressful by adding a new life to my family you said to me you got me and I believe in you from day one I am thankful for your work and dedication to my life may God bless and keep your successful career to heal and helped others in need of a beautiful family I am thrilled and truly bless watching my tummy grows and the baby kicks each second this is because of Astra fertilty clinic my family and I loved and appreciate each and every one in each department even nurses in the ivf infusion i want to thank you you'll God bless

i have pcos, struggling with irregular periods and to conceivegot referred here by my family DR.after referral being sent i got email from them after 3 months and the other 2 months just for all the test they need to do on you before starting treatment.DR.cheng was my DR at astra , hardly talked to me twice during my 8 month period with them.i left my treatment because no guidance from DRwhen i was on treatment constantly one hormone was out of place nothing was being done, no pregnancy is possible without hormone balance.then after 2 months they started shuffling my appts around Mississauga and Bolton, it was hard to go to different locations i live in brampton.more stress was added to my life so left treatment in between.

Go to Mississauga location. This location has a nice receptionist, the phlebotomist is really friendly, the nurse… Rude. Zero manners. “Your husband hasn’t done his blood work”“You guys just asked him for sorry analysis and urine sample which we did”“They did ask”“Ok but at the location for his appointment they just asked for these things”“Ok sure, whatever, the Dr will call you with your results”“Sure whatever” is not how you talk to people. I’m currently in nursing and I’d be damned if I ever spoke to anyone like this. Very rude. Whatever you have going on at home, leave it at the door when you come into work.Update: Spoke to nurse at Mississauga location, she said he actually did do the blood work at an outside lab, and that the nurse should of looked everything not just the “in-house results”.

Dr. Jellena Wong is the worst gynaecologist. She’s very careless. She laughs on her patient instead of encouraging them during labour pain. She makes fun of patients with her colleagues. I had very bad experience with her. She put my baby’s health in risk by giving me morphine injection just right before my delivery. Because of her my baby stayed at hospital for 9 days.Please don’t go to Astra fertility clinic and Brampton Civic hospital as well.

If you are looking into Astra Fertility clinic please read...In 2017 my husband and I started going to Astra for fertility treatments.My husband and a previous partner had used them to have our 10 year old daughter so we didn't do a whole lot of clinic hunting.From day one it was a disaster!We went in office to book our first appointment and the staff were rude and flustered.They have a whole upstairs vs. downstairs dilemma.Upstairs handles labs, tests, and doctors appointments. Downstairs handles administrative fees, booking, and medications.Everything is the other's" problem.We were sent up and down those stairs 3 times just to fill out disclosure forms and contact info.They did NOT update my husband's contact info and called his ex-partner's phone with OUR booking details multiple times.(beyond embarrassing!)We were billed for administrative fees that we had already paid 3 times!They made billing errors like this so frequently that I kept the receipts in my purse every time I visited there.So many billing/booking errors

First started seeing Dr.Michael back in 2011, after one year of treatments, we opted for ivf with ICSI, and we had our first child in 2013! During this time Dr.Michael and the nurses and staff were all so incredibly wonderful even at the different locations we occasionally had to go to for tests and such. He also has an obgyn at the brampton clinic and she's so wonderful! Dr.Michael is crazy busy running 4 clinics and him and his staff do their absolute best to book you in, and accommodate your requests and needs. Love Astra!
