Today I had to take my car to Toyota for a service and was denied cuz how my car looked. Not cuz it was in bad shape or anything. All because my car had stickers on it and that the backseat wasn't cleared to their satisfaction. I'm now out 240 in towing expenses because of this and a car that won't run. Honestly felt discriminated. What they told me what was wrong with it it would not be drawing any attention to the stickers on it as the work would be done under the hood.

Brought home my dream car tonight, could not be more happy about it. I've now bought 2 vehicles from Goderich Toyota and specifically through Bonnie and I have to say my experiences have been superb. Bonnie is caring, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and responded to all of my inquiries in record time. She even came in on her day off as that was the best day for me to do a test drive. I absolutely would recommend GODERICH Toyota and Bonnie for your next vehicle purchase!

The only reason for 1 star is because it won't let me give 0. Disgusting. You have a liar as an employee and to add insult to injury, the rest of you back up this disgusting individual. Shame on you! I will never step foot on that property again and I will be sure to let everyone who will listen know exactly what you're all about. By the way, due to our awful interaction with this establishment, the insurance company I deal with has removed your business as an option for rental vehicles in the future.

We recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Corolla hatchback from Goderich Toyota after a difficult time finding one anywhere. Right from the start, Bonnie Locher was so responsive to our queries & she maintained amazing & prompt communication with all of our questions throughout the process. When we eventually travelled from Kitchener to visit the dealership for a test drive, we found everyone so friendly & helpful. Bonnie also gave an amazing hands-on tutorial about the car on our next visit when we made the purchase. Goderich Toyota is the best place to buy a vehicle! Such friendly & honest people!!!
