Angela at Canadian Tire was absolutely amazing! She went over and beyond with her customer service today when my husband went to buy a tv that was on sale!! She even stood with the tv while myHusband drove the car to the doors to pick up the tv!! Thanks Angela for making his shopping experience so positive!!

Large, spacious store, lots of parking. But the majority of staff seem to be students who try their best to help, but don't often have the answers. Their price match policy is garbage, full of exclusion, loop holes and limits.

There are one or two extremely rude and aggressive customer service workers; however, I did an online pick up for a pair of bicycles that I ordered for my children and those CSR's were more than helpful - they were excellent. 5 stars for them, 1 star for the aggressive ones

I went into the store to pick up an online order i had placed this morning. Went to the lockers, followed the instructions and obtained my items that were already prepaid . As there were no bags provided( as is the case in most stores now)i had brought my own to put my items in. After doing such i was approached and stared down by the manager until i had to ask if there was something wrong.I do believe he was thinking i was shoplifting. After showing him the receipt in the bag he was still very rude. If u dont want people to bring a bag into the store to pick up items they have already paid for then i suggest you supply the damn bags. Very horrible customer service.

They treat pick up customers like thief's .they don't supply bags but lf you bring your own. Manager wants look in it after get your on line order out of locker that you all ready paid for. That store can go to hell

Great staff, good support, very clean and organized store, but unfortunately I did not find the products i needed. For most of my projects I can find at least 90% of the tools & materials needed, but not on a great variety of manufacturers or price ranges. Limited to just 2 options in most cases.

I brought my dog here today as part of his training, all staff were SO respectful, everyone was so kind and let my dog trainer, my dog and I walk around for a little over a hour. Thank you!
