Leo was instantly responsive when I reached out for a quote, he was at my house the day I called and gave me an exceedingly reasonable price which was upheld upon completion of the project. Quality of work was excellent. I had them cut four openings for new windows in my foundation which, due to weather conditions had to be done from the inside for the crews safety. I am in the construction industry and concrete cutting is an extremely messy task that they carried out professionally and with minimal cleanup afterwards. I would use them again for future projects and definitely would recommend Accurate Concrete Cutting for anyone else’s projects.

STAY AWAY from him. Accurate concrete is a horrible to do business with. He is very unresponsive and doesn’t pick up calls or emails. He made a basement window for me and has still not finished this over 6 months. He doesn’t pick up calls. I could never recommend him.Water clogs the basement window well he did and he still hasn’t come to instal the weeping tile despite paying him over 6 months ago. Leonard Patino the owner of Accurate Concrete Cutting is a crooked and a scammer. With more of such businesses in our community , a lot of Canadians will suffer. This man was paid about $7k since last year March 2022. More than a year now , he has only dug and destroy my compound given lame excuses to why he could not progress the work. Please stay away from this business. He will definitely be made to face the wrath of the law... See the picture of work done since last year and left uncompleted...

Our project this year was to put 2 basement windows in our home which required coring. Out of all the companies that we requested quotes from and from those that bothered to respond, Accurate Concrete Cutting & Coring was the only one that actually came out to look, measure and talk to us. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our timelines were tight and they went above and beyond to work with us and accommodate our timing requirements. We were thrilled to discover that they were able to do the digging, provide and install the metal wells as well as do the coring and lintels. Had we know before we would have ordered the windows from them as well and saved ourselves coordination efforts with another company to have them installed. We were super happy with the attention to detail and all the services they provided, with an added bonus of reasonable prices. We will work with them again and highly recommend this company.

Leo and his crew were very professional and arrived on time everyday.I had a window installed in a basement room and also had some small trees removed that were growing close to my foundation. The install was quick and smooth with no hiccups. They cleaned up and left my property in good condition.I will be using this company for future projects.I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for your concrete needs !

I had Accurate Concrete Cutting & Coring cut and install an egress window and core an opening for exhaust fan for my basement suite. My entire experience with the company from start to finish has been nothing short of satisfaction. Leo and his crew did a fantastic job with excellent workmanship. They were professional, precise, hardworking, and friendly. Not only was the quote from Leo competitive, he also provided valuable advice to address my various questions. His expertise and experience was evident. The boys also cleaned up their work upon completion of the project. Horrible company, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! This guy scammed my neighbour out of so much money. Cut a window and said he’d come to finish the work and had since had every excuse in the book. It’s now been 10 months and the work still isn’t done. Took my elderly neighbours money and ran. Left a hole where the window was cut and my neighbour fell in it and seriously hurt himself. This company needs to be exposed to global news. It’s companies like this that give contractors a bad name. Stay away.

Stay away from this business!They will ask for your money in advance and if you pay, they will hardly show up.This is the worst company by far that I had to deal with. The owner (Leo) constantly lied, ignored calls, and lacked professionalism. One of my neighbours had to call the police on them because of their acts and behaviour. The owner is a fraud.We hired them in April 2021 and paid them in advance since they claimed had some kind of insurance. They ensured the work was going to be completed in 6 weeks, and it has been more than a year now and they have completed only 65% of the work even though we paid around 95% in advance. Please do yourself a favour, and don’t hire them.

We are very happy with our new basement windows. The work done was very professional and clean with great aesthetics. Leo and his company were very professional and honest with their work. Also suprised with the high tech concrete cutting equimpents the company used. All in all the work done was amazing!
