I’ve been going to K&H since January 2015 and I’ve always walked out as a happy customer. the shop is very clean and Gina always made me feel like I’m family.I seen the work Mario does on my car and other customers cars wether it’s mechanical or tuning he treats every car like his own. Mario always told me what’s Safe & what’s not to avoid any problems down the road.I’d definitely continue going to K&H and i highly recommend K&H to anyone who wants the proper job done on their car

UPDATE, JUNE 17 2020 - K&H tried to make it right,and I appreciate it, but will not be returning to this shop.-------------------------------------------------UPDATE, JUNE 14, 2020 - I had a bad enough experience with this shop, that I'm changing my 5 star to a 1 star.I reached out to Mario regarding a carbon cleaning, DSG service and oil change and was told to come in on June 13 at 9am to get it all done.I show up, drop off the car. Everything at this point is fine. However, when I return to the shop and look at the invoice, both the DSG service and oil change was forgotten... Okay fine, that's not a big deal.I pay for my carbon cleaning, get my keys, and head out to my car (a 2015 MK7 GTI). What happens within 2 minutes of turning it on? AN EPC LIGHT and the car is misfiring like crazy.I walk back into the shop to let Mario and the team know, and after 3 hours it is blamed on air in the fuel"... Even though my car drove in fine. Excellent service. Mixed up the radiator for my Kia Sorento. Got a replacement in less than 24 hours. Awesome people!

Been a return customer at K&H for all the care my 2010 VW CC needs. Mario and Gina are the best people I have ever dealt with in this industry. They replaced my timing chain, did a carbon cleaning, a Unitronic chip tune and now this car runs better than it ever has in it's life! I highly recommend K&H for top quality VW service at the best rates.

The mechanics at this shop will joyride around in your vehicle and drive over potholes in lowered vehicles. They will smoke in your vehicle and ash in it carelessly and leave the sunroof open in the rain. They will break things they weren't even supposed to touch and then not take any responsibility for it. Saw a couple other reviews like that too for someone going in for a DSG service and then new issues arise. They will drive it around and do whatever errands they have to run in your car. If you have a sporty car they will definitely play around and floor it. Saw a video online recently showing this as well.

I recently had an intercooler installed and a dyno run here. Mario and Geena (sp?) were very helpful and their team did a great job on the car. Really enjoying the car. I highly recommend their shop for VW/Audi enthusiasts.

Mario and his team are extremely knowledgeable and hardworking. A very honest shop that I came across while on the hunt to find a place to have my Audi taken care of properly where I didn’t need to worry about it being abused or being charged a ridiculous amount of money based on the fact that it’s an Audi and not a Honda Civic. Even if you do drive a Honda Civic, Mario can and will service it for you haha. Shop is very clean, organized, and has a welcoming feeling to it. Mechanics are very friendly and will even bring you in to show you what they’re doing. No service is too big or small for K & H Performance.

I drive a stage 5.5 2005 SAAB 9-5 Aero M/T and the shop who had built my motor created a never ending boost leak as well as a significant overboost condition to the point where I had so much boost in first gear the car could sit there and spin tires. Not only that, I couldn’t give more than 50% throttle. The car was ready to boost all the way into fuel cut. My brother drives a fully built 2012 Audi A4 S-Line and he recommend Mario to me as soon as I had informed him of my issues after spending so much behind my Troll. The first shop had my car for 6 weeks. Mario had my car for about 45 minutes and within the first 20minutes, found 2 leaks which significantly helped my issue and really allowed my car to safely make power. Parts, labour and time only costed me 100 bucks and I was on my way whereas the shop who initially did the build couldn’t find it in themselves to agree that my car had an issue although there is no engine light. To confirm that their were no more leaks I went back to Mario a few weeks later to double check everything again and that only costed me 45 bucks and I spent the same amount of time. I then spoke to Mario for another half hour or so to 45 minutes and we both bounced ideas off each other and managed to look into some information directly from Saab about the car when tuned and came to the conclusion that my wastegate has been staying shut at times when it should’ve been opening. I then got a replacement gate free of charge after speaking to a company that builds turbos and all they wanted was a tag on IG. The new wastegate fixed the issue and now the car frightens me. I will definitely go back to see Mario for future upgrade installations and a run on that DYNO, the numbers are going to be insane while my car is on route to being the ultimate sleeper, looks n all.
