I had a problem with my power window switches, both front windows stopped working. I needed to get this problem fixed as soon as possible, but because of my schedule I couldn't take my car to a shop during the week. Thankfully GreatYear Automotive is open on Saturdays and Randy was able to check out my car and fix the problem. It has been a week since the windows were fixed and there has been zero issues. I definitely recommend this place, really polite and honest people. What I liked more is how they don’t try to hide your car from you, as most places do.

I went down to my car one morning to find a big pool of oil underneath it. Because I need my car to get around town for work I needed it fixed asap. The guys at greatyear were able to accommodate me on basically no notice and also had a loaner car for me. Not only that they were able to fix the car in one day and i got my vehicle back in the late afternoon. These guys were a life saver that day! My 2014 SUV crapped out on me. What I thought was a potential exhaust issue turned out to be a much bigger problem than just exhaust. My engine was practically seized. The owner informed me of the cost and avenues I could take to get myself back on the road ASAP. Unfortunately, repairing the engine was out of my budget, but he was willing to hold onto my vehicle for multiple days at no charge until I found something else.One option he had for me was an older vehicle, however his shop had worked on it with the previous owner for over 10 years, and had the entire service history of the vehicle on file. This ended up being the choice I made, as no dealership was willing to help me nearly as much as GreatYear Auto did.Overall, even though I couldn't get my SUV fixed, the customer service went above and beyond. I will definitely be back should anything on my current vehicle go wrong.

Randy was extremely helpful from the second he answered my phone call. I needed an emergency mechanic as my transmission was seizing up in the middle of rush hour traffic . I went to three other mechanics to see if they could accommodate me within the same day and they all turned me away.Randy immediately dispatched a service technician (who’s name I don’t recall but was also extremely friendly and informative) to my location where I was & assisted me into getting into his shop. He was extremely friendly & took his time to physically show methe issues and give me a little mechanic 101 lesson. Based on how other customers were coming in to greet him I can see he takes his time to be personable with each person and definitely made my experience of going to the mechanic shop easier. The customer service and professionalism of the guy named Randy in this so-called auto-service is on the bottom level. The worst I have ever seen.I went there with an oil leak from the power steering pump. When I arrived to pick up a car after repair and asked a questions about the work that has been done, this guy started cracking jokes in response, not answering my questions. Well, if I want to laugh I would go to Comedy Club, but not to the auto service and pay 600$ for that.On the very next day after pump hose replacement, the oil leak resumed.He checked the hose with a flash-light (how could you see a leak from above, without lifting up the car?) and said that there is no leak from the hose but it is the remaining old oil dropping" . And I should pay him another 100$ for the old oil cleaning. Well
