ATB Financial Head Office

Not open weekends out of the 300 locations only one is open. Not fair for people who work 12hrs on the weekdays.

I love ATB their service is always excellent. Each different interaction I’ve had with their team has been pleasant. Their team members are professional, kind, helpful and always provide useful information to better my needs when a question is asked. I also love they are an Alberta bank! They won me over :) Thank you!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received from a bank professionally or personally. Nothing but excuses and passing the buck. Excuse after excuse as to why they can help me and to make me drive down in person when my request could simply be done over the phone. As they have many times in the past. I would never give ATB any of business through my profession or personally. Stay away from these guys, they are a sorry excuse for customer service.

Not a good bank at all!

We had a bank account / visa debit for which someone took the information from and used it to make online purchases. We were told the matter was going to be investigated by the fraud department. However , we were told that this head office denied the request to get our money back and the matter never even reached the fraud department.

FYI.....die before you go to this bank for revolving credit, credit card, overdraft or any other financial product. As a provincial representative bank for Alberta, its staff, telephone agents, on line services and management in specific most tellers but not all, provide inaccurate information and are the worst customer service banking institution that we have ever experienced as a Canadian living in any province. They are the worst and do not even deserve one star!!!!!The second and third worst banks are cooperatives and charter back starting with a D. And C respectively. I second the previous comments of others: they do not favour nor support their clients;

I've had an account with the Millwoods Branch for seven years, and I have been extremely happy. When I went to get a pre approved for a mortgage, I told the person exactly what I was looking for which was a mobile home on its own land, but he kept hearing mobile home and I rent the lot. I will be closing all my accounts unless they all get hearing aids. Renting is more expensive than owning a mobile home on its own lot. The only other thing I HATE is there telephone banking, to do one transaction it takes 5 minutes if you get it right.

ATB bank is the worst bank to bank with they lie they don't treat customers right they don't even give you a bank card to deal with your account you can't even have access to your account anytime unless they are open I only gave a one star cause I can't give a -1 star and customer service is very useless never ever bank with them again would never recamended them to anyone
