I went into the showroom for the first time today and wow!! Absolutely stunning decor. The customer service was amazing, Narges helped me find the perfect area rug for my home. She was so lovely and was very knowledgeable about the products. I also purchased a beautiful Centre piece flower arrangement and can’t wait to go back shopping for more decor.

Excellent service, excellent communication. I was very happy with my experience with the room measurements, and my in-store meeting to look at proposed furniture and chose my couch fabric. Delivery was also top notch.

A nightmare!!!!!!! Do not get fooled by the showroom, My husband Jessie and I purchased nearly $20,000 worth of furniture here, once the sale is done, they will not pick up your call, avoid you, and deliver your product months after what was initially understood. Moving on to the delivery of our products, we received our couch from them, the cotton is coming out within less than 2 months of owning it and the memory foam is also sticking out. They recently also delivered us a entrainment unit/console that is defective and has discolouration throughout, they have done nothing to resolve either issue and keep saying they are going to “reach out to their manufacturer” stay away from this place. Horrible service, horrible products. Waste of money, just go elsewhere and get the same thing for 1/4 if the price. Stay away!!!!

One of the worst experiences I’ve faced till this day, from the unprofessional team, to the quality of their products. Absolutely would not recommend them, spent close to $20,000 on furniture here that is made in china quality, the sofa I bought has all the cloth coming out of it. Don’t even get me started on the customer service, they don’t even pick up their phone. Delayed my delivery for weeks. Do not shop here !!!!!!!!

We love window shopping at Kimberly’s store and then purchasing a unique floral piece. Her store is definitely our style! My mum and I love shopping there for our home decor and art. Always a friendly welcome from Adriana. Very classy and unique accessories.

I don't like my sofa sectional at all .dosen't look nice and not even comfortable. I made a huge mistake I got it from them . I did email as well , nothing happened.

We recently had our living room and dining room renovated by Kimmberly Capone Interior Design team. We were completely pleased with the service that we received right from the beginning meeting with our designer to the installation and accessories program personnel, everyone was so accommodating and helpful. The transformation was amazing! We love how the furniture and accessories complement each other in both style and colour. We want to also acknowledge the customer service staff that worked with us to resolve a couple of issues that we had with one of the manufacturers. Our concerns were addressed quickly and the staff kept us informed every step of the way.We absolute love our living room and dining and highly recommend using Kimmberly Capone Design Interiors to anyone thinking of renovating their home.

Be careful ordering from them.I purchased a chandelier from them worked for 2 days and then stopped working had to call electrician to come take a look at it and he said it is malfunctioned. Called the store and they were ok to replace it for me.The replacement came not working again ( their electrician is the one who was installing it )It tells so much about the product. So I called asking to change my order because I want to order a matching over the island lights and I don’t feel confident ordering from the same manufacturer and their answer was NOThey keep saying this is the first time they ever had issues which I think it’s a lie because what are the odds for first time happening to the same person twice!I went with this particular chandelier because I was promised to have it in 2 weeks and I had an event, now it has been more than 8 weeks and my event was cancelled.You guys lost a customer and I’m telling everyone I know about this bad experience to warn them from dealing with you

This store is amazing and the designers are fabulous. I worked with Sébastien and he has been amazing. The items available here were perfect for our dream home. I keep going back for more. It can be addictive.
