My rental was established with Darcie at Vaultra, and in her absence my contact person was Al… No matter what the issue was, or if I needed assistance when on site, their customer service was always above and beyond… I would recommend their facility for both short term and long term rentals.. When I needed a second unit, they would expedite it over the phone and I would stop by for signatures… I tried to reserve with other storage facilities, but they were not able to provide the choice and availability that Vaultra had to offer…Thank you Vaultra for going the extra mile….Thanks Ken…

We are a moving company that has served the entire Niagara Region for over 10 years. Vaultra Storage is highly recommended by our company as it is one of the cleanest most secure storage facilities in Niagara.(believe me we have seen them all) They also always have staff on site to take care of any issues if they arise. Highly recommend!

Vaultra Storage was amazing! Had a storage unit there for over a year, was very safe and secure. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very clean and reasonable prices. Also very easy to access off the highway. Thanks Vaultra!

I rented a storage place 3 times…The location and facility is good but had very bad experience from the staff.The first time I rented they treated so well and gave me a first month discount etc…But later their attitude changed and started treating badly and also charged heavily.After two bad experiences I changed the storage facility to a different one where they treat customers well.

Clean, safe and excellent facility. What’s best is that I can access my storage unit 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience and I highly recommend this location. Rates are very reasonable. The staff is also very kind and friendly.

Overall pretty good! I had a 10x8 (? 10x10? 10x something) unit. Price is high but honestly the same as everywhere else. No mice or any issues like that--spiders were pretty much the only ones who got in and survived (thanks spiders for eating all the other things.) Staff are friendly and it was easy getting in and out. Never had any security issues and all my stuff survived nearly 2 years in there so that's cool.My one and only complaint is that they're very unfair with the billing cycle. 28 days. They picked the shortest month of the year to call it a monthly" rate but it's not. It's every 28 days. I'm on a fixed government income

Wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I love that they have an app to open the gate when entering and leaving. Most importantly, the app actually works and works well.The units were clean and dry. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely use Vaultra.

I had to find a storage unit very quickly, and with the driveup storage Vaultra offers, it was a snap. Move in and move out were easy, and the staff is super friendly. The units are clean, and the lit is well maintained and secure. Highly recommend!
