The Source

I was at this store today to ask for help to switch my phones from an old one to a new one. I felt confident to go there as a friend had spoken how helpful they usually are and more so, that is where I buy all my phone accessories. As a matter of fact, I was there last weekend to get a screen cover for my new phone.To my dismay, the two ladies I met summarily waved off my request. While I understand that they were arranging some stuff in the store, it was like my coming in was a disturbance (a better word than irritation) to them. All they said was we don't offer that service

Collin was so awesome to us. Our favourite phone guy ever. He was so helpful and good to us. Everywhere else we went was awful. Defiantly recommend the source at the mall and go to COLLIN!! My hubby and I were so happy!

Collin and his staff provide excellent service.Collin was beyond excellent with helping me with my issues, he showed in detail how to do what I wanted so I could understand and gave me other options to help if needed. Today I came in to price out a cell phone for myself and my son and Kathy took such great care of me. I can't tell you how knowledgeable she is how well she handled the store by herself under pressure when her co-workers had to leave for one reason or another. I will go here anytime I need information on electronics! Thank you, Kathy!

Girlfriend and i walked in knowing exactly what we wanted and were determined to remain positive whatever the outcome might be in changing cellphone carrier and getting a new cellphone. Immediately we were greeted by store staff offering to help. After a brief explanation of our visit, Store employee kathy brought forward several options for us to consider, and walked us through everything. Once Kathy knew what we wanted, it was only a short matter of time before we had what we came in for and MORE! The entire time kathy and staff were understanding and used moral judgment that made us feel relaxed and welcomed. Great team work. Kathy, thank you for doing what you were hired to do . We walked out feeling complete.
