He was very honest, professional , knowledgeable, fast response and very reasonable price.My AC( only a few years old) stopped working and I had another technician came in to check earlier and told me it was the problem of outdoor condenser and only thing they can do was get the whole unit replaced. I decided to get another opinion and I am so happy that I found Steve . he came to my place shortly after I called and didn't' take him long to find out it was only a wire problem. He got it fixed and charged me very reasonable price. He saved over $2000 for me If I had used the other company.I couldn't be more happy with his service and I will no doubt to use his service again if future I need and I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and other people with strong confidence. I wish I can give him more than 5 star if i could. Highly recommend! !

I have a few properties and been a landlord for over 30 years. I recently called Steve to do a furnace repair and on the spot I decided to install a new furnace since my furnace was already 23 years old. Steve got on it right away removing old furnace and next day I had a new furnace up and running. I had electrical heaters for overnight. Steve also lent me a few heaters of his own. After covid and from my 30+ years being a landlord this type of service is extremely rare. My tenants were extremely happy and so was I.
