Cold and unwelcoming receptionists and technologist. They have no compassion towards patients. I’m 30 weeks pregnant, my pregnancy is high risk. I took time off from work and I had full bladder for my ultrasound appointment. I forgot to bring the requisition. They didn’t wait 10 minutes for my husband to bring it from home. They canceled my appointment… avoid this centre

Visit did not take long. The ultrasound technician was curteous and pleasant. She provided all the information necessary and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Very professional.

The receptionist was very friendly with everyone entering.She said the waiting time was an hour..... but they were very fast. In and out in 15 minutes. Maybe not normal but I was very happy.The technician was also very efficient, friendly.

From the moment I entered into the office at 8:00 my experience was positive. The secretary at the front desk was very nice and helpful. So accommodating. The X-ray technician was cheery. Great experience and THE WAITING ROOM WAS SO CLEAN.

Front desk staff was cheerful, polite, quick, great customer service and immediate! Technicians were helpful and professional, great communication personnel, and a touch of humor ! 15m in & out ! 10/10 experience. This group of employees would be a great training model for all locations.

Great and friendly staff! Waiting room is still observing COVID precautions leaving a hand-full of chairs in a room full of waiting people. Considering the staff are not wearing masks, I think that a few more chairs would really make the whole experience a lil more manageable for the patients coming in with physical ailments that make standing difficult or painful.Other then the lack of space the center as a whole ran efficiently and was a fairly positive experience. :) I recommend this location.

Appointment was on time. Receptionist was very business like. Technicien was very friendly and efficient. Did observe signs which recommends that we wear masks but none of the Lifelabs employees were wearing mask. That was very puzzling.
