Stephane and his team are great. Have been servicing my car with them for over 15 years. Always very courteous, efficient, very punctual with appointment times. Very honest and fair, if you come in with a very minor problem it usually gets resolved within minutes and at times free of charge.I definitely recommend them.

If you have any problem with your car go to Real Chicoine - very honest and trustworthy mechanics. Years I used my car dealer who overcharged me and I was tired they to take advantage on the fact that I am not specialist and dont know much about cars. But Thanks to the staff of Real Chicoine now I am so happy. I can't say enought about what a reliable garage it is - quick

Garage is good on time, but not very customer oriented, basically do not care about keeping their clients. A charge of EXTRA 50$ was taken for installation of new tires bought elsewhere (new policy) without giving heads-up at the time of appointment booking. Was stuck with this surcharge because appointment was close to the winter tire change deadline, so did not have much choice. Explained my surprise and disappointment to the agent and then manager. NOTHING was done to alleviate the situation. I was offer either to pay it or take car elsewhere. I used to be their loyal customer. Not anymore. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.
