I had the pleasure trying out Aurora for the first time and was amazed with the quality of the meat. They know what the cows eat and how they are handled (no antibiotics/steroids etc. as organic as it can be, and grass fed cows). You can instantly notice the difference. Highly recommend you try it out.

This is the best place for fresh meats. I have never had veal so tender in my life. The Italian sausages are amazing as well. Also have had the Pork butterfly and steak, all really good. Can't say I have bought anything bad here. The staff are very nice and friendly and remember you.

Aurora Meat Cheese & Salami
I went there on the weekend to purchase pork for sausage making for the first time. Tom was so great. He introduced himself and took the time to explain some of the nuances of sausage making and even measured out the salt for me. It was so refreshing to have such great customer service. I will definitely be back. And yes, the sausage turned out great!

It's a nice little meat market. Selection of meats are good and if it is not in the counter, they will try to accommodate the cut of meat you are looking for.

Best beef cuts in town, more marbled than most butchers/grocery stores. Been grilling from them and never disappointed. Even the beef fat is super tasty and soft.
