Excellent customer service. They were more than helpful in making sure I had a vehicle a day earlier than planned due to a changed flight. Will use them again next time I travel to PEI!

Worst experience I ever had renting a car. When I called in to reserve my car almost a month in advanced they confirmed that ill get a small econ car for 150$ for 4 days 3 nights .When I've arrived to pick up the car they charged me 411$ and gave me a grand caravan and told me that I can have a smaller car for extra 25$ because they have snow tires on them . Obviously I'm never coming back

Flight delayed -arrived .All rental desks open except one I had booked. Several of us had booked cars from them. This was a Friday evening. They close early on Friday evening and snooze all day Saturday and Sunday morning not open again until noon Sunday. Useless!!! No response to calls. Did not respond to calls when tried to ring- when they were open on the Friday. Worst experience I have ever had. Use ANY other provider but them. What a useless company!! Be Warned!!!!
