A great CNC table and great back up support. I’d wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fab-cut Systems.

We purchased our fab-cut table over a year ago and it's really increased our shops ability to get work complete and out the door. Rene and His team always make sure to deal with any issues in a timely manner. Early morning 6am Saturday phone calls to figure out what I have done wrong and most recently repaired my plasma same day as we waited. Started having an issue with the plasma and within 5 minutes of sending an email I received a call from Ken and the problem was diagnosed right away. Later that day we dropped the plasma off and a new board was installed while we had lunch in town. By the end of the day we are back up and running. Couldn't ask for better service.Thank you Rene and team.

Our 5 x10 cutting table is a modular style table, which had been nicely made by people who take pride in their work. However there were some flaws. When the table arrived there was some components that weren’t included. Which at first seemed like a deal breaker but the staff at fab cut were really keen to fix it, and in my opinion that goes further than the initial mistake. I would like to recommend that a technician should be included as part of the setup….no matter the size of the table.I would like to thank Ken for listening and truly setting our minds at ease and taking us through the necessary steps. I find that this equipment is quickly adapted to even novice users. Rene went above and beyond to get me out of a jam. Our plasma table was down and we needed a part asap to get up and running. Rene had the part we needed and he personally took it to UPS for shipping. We got the part and were able to get back up and running.

Fab-Cut, hands down has the best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. When I bought a 4x4 table for my Metal Art Studio my biggest concern was not being supported when I ran into technical difficulties, it was a needless worry. Shaun and the crew are absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and patient. I would not hesitate to recommend this company looking for a good product backed up by a fantastic team.

Rene and his team at Fab Cut have been really great to deal with. I purchased a table from them when they first started and they have kept my machine running flawlessly despite being hundreds of miles away. Any questions I have had they answered quickly, and if it was to complicated to help over the phone, they have sent videos or remotely logged in and showed me what to change. I purchased my 5x10 modular table in July and took delivery in August. I bought this as a toy to play with in my spare time until I retire. I had no idea how much I would be using it on an almost daily basis. I had heard about Fab-Cut and one day randomly showed up and asked to be shown their products. I spent two hours with Rene. He picked up his phone twice to silence it and focused solely on any questions I asked. I thought about the quote I was given for a week and then returned and spent two more hours with Rene asking questions. Initially I was hesitant as this is a significant investment for a hobby tool so there were many things I wanted answered. All of my questions were answered without being taken away for the many phone calls or emails he had coming in. This I was immediately impressed by.After purchase I have had nothing but the best service I have had out of any product I’ve ever purchased. One time I couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t sensing the metal on the table. I called in and spoke with their fantastic tech Ken whom helped me discover that it was a small human error on my part. What was originally supposed to be a five minute phone call became 45 minutes while he showed me other things that the software could do. He didn’t need to do this but he did!The supplies that are needed for consumables are readily available at the store front which I think is great. What sold me was I phoned three of their existing customer whom all said the same thing….it seems to good to be true but this company was great to them.All in all if you’re in the market for a plasma system, take the time and travel to this manufacturer. It will seem to good to be true but I can say that these folks are the real deal. You won’t be disappointed!
