NO. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!. MY CAR HAS TWO DIFFERENT SIZES OR TIRES. ONE FOR FRONT AND ONE FOR BACK. THEY PUT ONE SIZE ON ONE SIDE AND THE OTHER SIZE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE CAR. THIS COMPLETELY SET MY ALL WHEEL DRIVE OUT OF WACK - NOT HAPPY!!!

Had multiple attempts here to get my winter tires done right… first attempt they ordered the wrong colour replacement rim for one of the tires, and when I showed up to the scheduled appointment, they didn’t have anything ready. The second attempt they got the wrong size rim, which we found out when we tried to put the winters on. We also got a wheel key and found out months later (when tried switching back to all seasons) that it was the wrong size.They did give us a discount and were helpful in fixing the issues, but over 3 attempts to get things right is quite frustrating

I'm super impressed with Kal Tire in Courtenay and with the manager, Phil Dunn. Communication with respect to the services I wanted done was professional and time efficient, I was provided with a quote and the understanding that if anything else needed to be serviced on my vehicle that we would discuss it first. They finished the service on my vehicle today (brakes, oil and filter, air filters and plugs and inspected hoses, belts, fluids, etc. as I had asked them to - my vehicle had been sitting for a couple of years). They advised that all was good from their inspection and that they only needed to do the specific service work that I had requested. It was a fair price and I wouldn't hesitate to take my vehicle there again. Thank you Kal Tire, Courtenay and Phil Dunn for a great job!

We ran over a nail while doing errands. We brought the car in without an appointment, they squeezed us in and refused to charge us. 5/5 service. Will be back again for any tire needs in the future. Thank you Dan.

Just picked my car up from this location. I will be returning here for any future repairs on my current car and my future vehicles. Spoke to Donovan and Daniel over the phone and they are super friendly and helpful. I was full of questions as I'm uneducated on cars and they answered my questions to the best of their ability. Loralee (sorry if i mispelled your name) was also super friendly and helpful when I picked my car up. My car was in and out of the shop in an hour for my alignment. Between the wonderful customer service and the decent pricing I left super happy I chose this location. Thank you again for the help guys!!

I’ve been going to the Courtenay Kal tire for years. They have an old school business mentality. They use common sense and logic and on more than one occasion not charged me. Very knowledgeable and understand good customer service. Highly recommended

Excellent service as always. Got a screw in the tire during winter when it was super busy, they patched it within an hour. They didn't charge me a thing for it either. Staff is always super friendly and nice.Went in today because my front left tire blew, they gave me multiple options for tires and price range and they didn't try to upset at all. In fact they told me the pricier ones are only slightly better then the cheap ones. The fact that they are willing to say that makes me feel like they care about there customers and want to give you the best bang for your buck.If you need tires in the Comox Valley then I highly recommend Kal Tire.

Very helpful and kind service.Edit: wow, blown away by their excellent customer service. Was a hiccup with my tires being located from the storage lodge, and everyone went above and beyond to make everything right. I can't recommend KalTire enough. Also really great service to be able to store your tires, if you don't have the space at home!

Absolutely fantastic service. Everyone was super friendly despite them being super busy with spring tire changeover. They were able to squeeze in work on my two flat tires amongst their busy ore-booked schedule. Honestly, I could not be happier with the service I received, and I would recommend the Courtney Kal Tire to anyone!
