The repair was good, but not all the parts were replaced.I went back and promises were made to fix the problem, but it never happened and I never heard from anyone againIt cost me money to purchase the missing part from the Dealership> Update: After I posted my review, I was reimbursed for the part that I purchased from the Dealership. I've changed my rating from 2 Stars to 4 Stars. Thanks

Tried booking an appointment, and their customer service representative either hates his job or didn't like my name. There is no need to show me your grumpy aggressive attitude if you don't like your job. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Excellent customer service from Paul. My bumper was fixed perfectly. They even took the time to vacuum my floormats, and the vehicle they lent me was clean and well-maintained. The one thing I would have requested is not putting the 'new car' scent in the cabin, otherwise they did a superb job.

My parents damaged their Nissan Micra bumper in a parking lot. We took their car into Craftsman Collision in Walnut Grove to see about getting an estimate for the repairs. Mario took a look and informed us that nothing was actually broken, and it could be repaired in 15 to 20 minutes. Not only did he take us in right away, he did not even charge for the repairs. Unbelievable customer service!

Top notch experience from the estimating process to completion of the repairs. Front bumper replaced. Very satisfied with the work done, and appreciated the expert cleaning job on the interior and exterior of the vehicle.. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Grateful for the courtesy car provided during the repair service. Would definitely return.

I had my ICBC claim repair done at this location. Richard and everyone else at the shop were very friendly and have done stunning job on my car in a very timely manner. Highly highly recommend this place to anyone needing their car fixed :) ps. Thank you for cleaning the interior, too - I loved how clean it was when picking up the car.
