Terrible customer service. Ordered the JRC01 for my XTerra. Both sets of assembly bolts that hold the rubber bumper to the mounting plate are too long and it won't tighten down. It leaves a 6mm gap and the whole assembly is loose. I called them this morning and they told me to just go buy some different bolts at a hardware store or cut them off. They really didn't care. I paid over $200 US and this was their answer. Unbelievable.

I live on Rosedale Drive right behind this place and the noise has become unbearable. My next door neighbour had to sell their house specifically because of Timbren and I now need to do the same. Excessively loud dumping and banging sounds right from 7 am onwards to the end of the day to the point where houses on our street are shaking from the sound. I don’t understand how this is legal.

I own a Dodge 3500 Cummins I purchased new in 1996. It was equipped when new with rear Timbren suspension. Recently I noticed one of the rubber peices cracked so I contacted Timbren for parts. I was told since I was the original owner they would replace the whole suspension under their lifetime warranty. This is a first class company with first class products and first class people. Thanks Timbren., proud to have your product under my vehicle

Ordered a part on Saturday and found out my client no longer needed it. So, I cancelled the order 1 hour after placing it. When I called on Monday morning to verify they received my cancellation (as they weren't available by phone on the weekend), they said that the order was already shipped out and they admitted to not checking their emails to see that I had cancelled the order an hour after placing it. Now, they want me to pay for the return shipping. This is not good customer service at all. I will not be ordering from here again.

Great quality product and easy install. It came with 1 spacers which were too big. Sent an email to company and Steve responded very quickly

Timbren is a fantastic company! They have top notch customer support! I purchased my set of timbrens from CJC offroad in socal. This is for a long travel truck that has a lot of custom work going on. I needed to purchase additional parts that cjc doesn’t stock in order to achieve what I’m trying to accomplish. I reached out directly to timbrens customer service and they have been beyond fantastic helping me get what I need sorted out. As a business owner myself that bends over backwards to satisfy my customers, it was amazing to get top notch service from another company. Thanks again timbren!

Excellent customer service! The kit I ordered did not work with my truck with aftermarket suspension. I spoke with Jeanne on live chat and she put me in contact with Steve in customer service. With the proper spacer kit they now work like a charm!

I had a rubber spring from my Timbren bump stop setup come loose and get lost.I called your customer support line hoping that I might be able to purchase a single rubber spring replacement rather than a whole kit .I spoke with Amelie who was extremely pleasant and helpful. She indicated that Timbren warranties their products for life and that they would take care of everything. She provided me with some further direction as to how to proceed and everything has gone very smoothly following my initial inquiry.Not only does Timbren make a fantastic product, not only do they stand behind it, but they also provide an excellent experience for people looking for support.There aren't many companies left that provide this caliber of customer service.
