Dominik was amazing! He scheduled us in last minute as we required a home inspection completed rather quickly. He paid close attention to detail and explained any deficiencies he noticed in language we could understand. He has a great sense of humour and provides you with your completed report in a timely manner. He told us if we ever fixed any of the issues ourselves he would come out again for free and inspect the work. All in all he is an amazing and passionate inspector! He empowered us to go back to the table with a strong counter offer on the house. He definitely does not work for realtors trying to close a deal, he works for the buyer and wants them to make an educated and informed decision regarding their purchase. At the end of the day, my husband and I walked away from the house Dominick inspected based on some very concerning items coming up in the inspection. Definitely recommend dominik! Oh and one smaller thing I noticed - he ALWAYS answered his phone when I called. I never had to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back.

We had Dominik do a full house inspection for us. He was good but not great. The pricing was good. He was thorough and did what he was supposed to do. He was a pleasant person to interact with. But could work on being more responsive to emails, text messages etc. Some areas he wasn't that knowledgeable about. Another thing that wasn't satisfactory was the tendency to promise things but did not deliver.Lowered my review because it was impossible to get hold of him when I had a simple concern about my house and wanted his opinion. Seems like he doesn't care about ex-customers. Next time I would pay a bit more for someone with aftersales service.

After first speaking with Dominik, I knew instantly he was the guy we wanted doing our home inspection and my instincts were not wrong. Dominik was amazing and really came through for us especially when we were unable to attend our home inspection due to quarantine.
