We recently purchased a hot tub from Trinity Hot Tub Company. The sales experience was very pleasant. No pressure no up selling. Jay laid out the features and pros and cons of each model. Delivery was quick and professional. I had some questions and Jay came out to me place they next day and went over things with me. The after sales experience was excellent. They go above and beyond. The product itself is well made and functions very well. The workmanship and quality is awesome. Overall very happy with my purchase and highly recommend using these guys if you are in the market for a hot tub.

I have to say, I have not seen anyone as compassionate and professional as Jay. I recently got a hot tub from him and it was an absolute pleasure working with him. I got it delivered on time and jay was helping with the delivery and also suggested people from other cities to help with the installation. Jay was also kind in providing extra parts for the hot tub cover without any additional cost. If you are buying a hot tub I highly recommend jay for the best service.
