Wanted a last minute trophy for a friendly game of mini golf. Called on Thursday and they were able to have it ready for me on Friday. They were nice enough to discuss everything over the phone - said they had a golf trophy ready to go and all I had to do was email them the wording for the engraving. When I went to go pick up the trophy I saw a wall full of trophies and noticed a putting trophy (wishing I could have gotten that one, as it pertained to the mini golf more). Picked up the package, opened the box to check it out and they actually had picked the putting trophy for me! Honestly great customer service.

Do not recommend this business.owner is rude swears at you and before even try to rectify un issue he first accused you the customer of threating him.!! He set the stage for accusations then started to berated you to make it seem that you're the bad guy not him.this was about the quality of the product that we bought from him very bad quality

I used this shop two times for some embroidery jobs. First order, I was satisfied, but for the 2nd order, they were not able to complete either because they were so busy or they didn't want to serve small customers.

Absolutely horrible service. DO NOT order from here. The staff may seem friendly at first, but when there’s an issue they are extremely rude and don’t offer any solutions. We got shirts about 60 for a tournament, and half of the players numbers had fallen off the back within the first 5 minutes of their games. The owner Steve will swear and yell at you when you’re trying to reason, and don’t even apologize even if it was there fault. DO NOT COME HERE! ZERO STARS.

New salesman. Horrible customer service. Got half of the jerseys done four weeks late and then just didn’t complete the rest. Incredibly rude and disrespectful. Get your products elsewhere.

I just read the last person that left a review that so carelessly leave these derogatory remarks on a businesses.My experience has been the complete opposite Five stars +1 I dealt with Shelly Small who was attentive on the ball helpful did exactly what I asked of her to do with her own touch of design.I run a business with multiple retail outlets where we wear uniforms, I will definitely be bringing my business here and once again on short notice thank you again Shelly for your assistance with this.

Amazing staff, service and turnaround.I dealt with Kim, grace and mike and they were all not only extremely personable, but super professional and very accommodating. I needed some name plates on the fly and they were just fantastic.They came out looking so great.Thank you guys.I wish more places offered this level of service it makes for such a different customer experience. I ended up going back with a second order in less than a week.
