De loin le pire déneigeur de Laterrière! J'ai sorti ma pelle pour me frayer un chemin plusieurs fois cet hiver, Mon conjoint a aussi un déneigement avec eux, un chèque est arrivé en retard et plutôt qu'appeler pour relancer, ils ont arrêté de déneiger et ne recommencent pas, même une semaine après qu'ils aient encaissé! La boîte vocale est presque toujours pleine et on se sent presque automatiquement comme des épais quand on finit par réussir à leur parler.J'ai mis une étoile par charité ;) Je vais appeler Alexandre Charest l'an prochain. Il était plus cher, mais Ô combien sur la coche.

Travail d’excavation impeccable!! Je suis très satisfait et je recommande fortement cette entreprise pour leurs professionnalisme.

Une entreprise fiable qui s'assure d'un travail bien fait à un prix raisonnable. J'ai fais affaire avec eux à trois reprises pour des travaux d'excavation et toujours le même excellent service. MERCI

(Bagotville PMQs; Referring to snow removal) This company was just not up to the task. I often had to set my alarm clock 20 minutes earlier to wake up and check that the snow had been cleared from the entrance way so as to be sure I was not late for work. often I ended up shoveling myself... not only was the company trying to save on labour by avoiding their duties but the machine operator was sloppy, often leaving an inch of snow in the drive way leading to compaction and eventual ice build up. I was not expecting perfect but I was expecting a professional finish with some caliber of care taken. The foreman (owner), to my knowledge has never supervised the work of his operators to ensure tasks were completed properly. I spoke with him once and quickly realised he was either overwhelmed with a work load his company could not efficiently complete or was just trying to save a buck by not sending out his machine operators whenever possible. ( I agree he is a business owner trying to make profit, but when you cannot even abide by the promise stated in your contract that each homeowner/renter signs then your at fault for the incompetence, plain and simple.) To the reader; I recommend you find another company until this one establishes better working procedures.""

Le déneigeur principal est d'une gentillesse incroyable. M. Villeneuve choisi bien son monde et il est très compréhensif pour les contrats à court terme!
