A great place to shop for furniture or those finishing touches (like pictures) so many choices and designs, and prices were very reasonable. Murray was so friendly and helpful and showed me different options.

***Edit***After multiple purchases at this location, I purchased a leather chair and ottoman. Within 3 months, the leather on the seat was peeling, and I contacted the store. Their response was that it had become an outlet, and there was no warranty on any items purchased since that change.I paid over $900 for this chair and ottoman, and the best option they could give me was replacing the leather on the seat. That would have worked for me, but they expected to charge me for labour on the repair. The total cost quoted was just over $400, with the leather itself being 'free'.I declined the offer, and within another 3 months, the leather on the arms and ottoman were also peeling.I'm not shopping at a store that doesn't back their products.

Quality of furniture was great however it comes with a heavy price tag as well. Options in the discounted section were reasonable as well. Staff was very cooperative,

Omar was absolutely great to deal with. The store did not have the exact fabric swatch to the sofa set I was wanting to purchase… so he went above and beyond to find me a similar swatch that was extremely close to the color I was looking at and sent it home with me to see if I would be happy with the color choice. I revisited the store recently this time looking for coffee and end tables and again Omar assisted. He is great at what he does and I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone looking for great quality furniture as well as exceptional service. Thank you!!

I would definitely come back to purchase furniture or appliances at this Konto store. Michelle gave us great information on the furniture we were interested in. Then she managed to get us a chair we really wanted way earlier than we expected, through her being proactive on our behalf. The delivery people were very pleasant and considerate.

Had a great experience with Omar from the sales team. Not pushy. Never felt pressured to make a decision. We waffled back and forth on a sectional for months before actually pulling the trigger on one. Upon delivery, the guys noticed a very small scratch on the back of one of the pieces. We reported it to customer service and it was replaced in a week. Great service! Highly recommend!

The employee was amazing and helped so much. However the manager offered us 10% off on a damaged piece which only took off $35 from the whole set. The 10% discount meant there would be no warranty on it. So we decided to pay the $35 because having no warranty was not worth that. We felt that he could have bent the rules for the warranty since we would have only gotten $35 off anyways or he could have given us a store credit instead of the 10% off if the times couldn't be bent. But he was very firm

Konto Camrose made furniture shopping very easy, they have excellent selection and very helpful staff. Omar, went out of his way to send us photos of in-stock options for our home. When we visited in person, he and all staff at Konto Camrose were welcoming and attentive. We are very happy with our purchases and would highly recommend shopping here.
