I been to the Esso gas station at Wednesday eveningThe Employe named OMAIR where workings at that timeHe was so rude to meAnd they have policy if the cashier doesn’t ask you for car wash you get free oneHe didn’t ask me anything and he told me it’s lie they never give anyone and he kick me outThis is not a way to running Esso or if you guys can’t give out good service or promotion don’t post it I’m wondering how they take Esso franchiseI wasn’t happy at all preferred to drive another gas station

We drove my Tesla to get some gas. And the place still seems nice and clean

Tried to scan my gift card to pay for the gas, but their bar code scanner couldn't get it through. The store manager wouldn't help and had a very bad attitude when I asked for his help. Actually they could have just manually input my card number when the scanner was not working. But the manager refused to do it. So disappointed at their service. Will never add gas there any more.

Credit card had fraudulent activity after using it here. Did not use anywhere else suspicious. Be careful.

New car wash is terrible. The old rail-less one was perfect. This new one clamps onto your rim (not ideal for your wheel), and can’t be used for lowered vehicles or those with larger aftermarket wheels. It also operates under irregular hours as it requires an attendant on site at all times. Not sure how this makes financial sense as a new car wash is a large investment, the old one worked completely fine and worked well especially for all the customized vehicles that this area is known for.

Went in to grab a bite to eat, only to be told that he couldn’t serve me. I normally don’t go to this location but was in the area as Tim Hortons next door was closed. Don’t bother with this place as Shell is much better in that regards.

Disappointing experience. Typically service is great, however, after driving 2 hours from up North, car riddled with bug debris, stopped there to get a wash just before 10:00 p.m. as they close their car wash at 10:00 p.m. at this location. Arrived at 9:50 p.m. filled my vehicle and was in requesting a car wash by 9:55 p.m. only to be told that the car wash was closed at 9:50 p.m. today, rather than 10p.m. Not a huge deal but a disappointment, as I took a different exit and rerouted just to come to this location for a car wash. In an age where customer service should be every company's priority, I felt let down by the experience.

Adequate fill up pumps at this location so it's not much of a wait plus has a small convenience style shop inside for quick snacks. Never had issue with employees just in and out and I like how the pumps have been upgraded to the new synergy standard.

Owner is a scammer.Tried to redeem my polar pop prize that I won and he said it’s only for medium when it’s supposed to be large. It’s only a few cents difference and he still gave the worst attitude and won’t even speak a full sentence.Was trying to be nice and asked about the size and all He said was “no, medium”
