I have come here ever since I moved to Buffalo and they take care of me every time. Just came in last minute because my brake light came on, and they got me in and out in about an hour.Very happy with them!

Paul went above & beyond to help me in a time of need!! He was caring and very friendly! Highly recommend taking your car to Marty’s for towing & other automotive needs!

The owner of this business knew my family for decades and ripped me off so horribly that I wonder how they treat strangers. My car was brought in to replace rusted rocker panels in summer of 2020. This shop held my car hostage for three weeks and I was charged $1,000 for their “service”. A yellow paint line was left on my car, but was concealed with tape. I was later told by a trusted mechanic that what was done to my car is what they do at dealerships to sell cars. My car is rusting not even a year after their “repairs” and I was told my rocker panels are in pretty bad shape. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone, even if they were in dire need. This business is unorganized and they lack integrity.

A bit touchy at first but an awesome place with people that know what they are doing. Made my wreck of a car new, literally.I rate more than 5 stars.

My car got towed by them. I've tried time and time again to contact them about getting my car backThe man on the phone keeps giving me attitude, and although google and their signs says they are open, I went there today and absolutely no one was there. Im trying to get my car back, but it looks like I won't. They are very short with me and I don't appreciate it

Heaven sent. Broke down on the 190 on Grand Island on a Sunday (today). They showed up on time, quickly put me at ease and diagnosed the issue. Towed me to the dealership (along with a stop by the house (which was out of the way) to pick up a spare key for the vehicle I had just left at the dealership an hr before when swapping vehicles). Super friendly and professional. THE BEST breakdown experience in 41 yrs of driving. They deserve a lot more than 10 stars even. My only regret is I can't recall the driver's (owner maybe?) name to thank him directly here. Really nice guy - very helpful, knowledgeable, intelligent, experienced, careful, patient - plus enjoyable conversation. Truly took all the bad out of a breakdown experience (with a car that had just been picked up from being repaired). Worked quickly and didn't make me feel like I was in the way. I just can't say enough good about Marty's. Wonderful. Simply wonderful. Almost like having a good friend help you out of a bad situation.

Paul was awesome and was quick at dispatching his team to save us off of Grand Island when our family vehicle stalled on us going into Niagara Falls NY. Great and efficient company. Quick service.

Marty’s is an excellent place with great mechanics and customer service. I had some thing that needed to be done on the fly and they took care of me with no problem. I recommend this spot to anyone

Paul and Martin were awesome! They were definitely at the right place at the right time for me, I had a blowout on the Thruway at the 190-290 interchange, They noticed me as I was pulling over to the shoulder and came up behind me with their lights flashing, Any towing needs or service calls, Request Marty's Towing, You won't regret it!

I am beyond disbelief right now that things like this are even aloud to be posted as a review.First and foremost I have had many experiences unfortunately with my vehicles and Marty’s and EVERYONE there has been amazing! Nothing but professional and friendly. They offer solutions and options.I think allowing a post or other posts where a grief stricken relative who needs to get a family members vehicle is hard however, Marty’s is a business as is an ambulance, hospital and or funeral home. These service are not free either.Marty’s is amazing and I will continue to support them for the honesty they have provided, the wonderful customer service and overall what they stand for!
