This was my first visit to the Damen Optimal Health Team and I was very impressed with the professionalism of the office and staff. I met with Tim Brown today and he was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained the issue of my ailment as well as provided treatment and exercises I can do at home to improve my strength and repair my injury. I was recommended by a friend and I in turn would highly recommend the team to others. Thanks Tim for providing me with good advice and encouragement.

All of the staff and clinicians are amazing, and Damen Optimal Health is a welcoming warm environment. Dr. Riley Goodhand is an incredible healer. Months ago - I was hobbling along with a bad knee and ankle. And now I’m back to running and clocking the miles. She’s a true miracle worker and an incredibly skilled chiropractor and acupuncturist!
