I Do not recommend these doctors at all. They are horrible.

Dr. Jawanda is worse doctor, doesn’t listen to clients properly always in rush . Treat patients really badly . Secondly receptionist in her office are very unprofessional, you have to call 100 times to get an appointment.

Dr Jawanda is the worst of the worst amongst any other doctor. She is also a huge hypocrit. Next time Im there I will be recording my conversation and posting it on social media to put her on blast. On the other hand, she goes on the radio and tv and boasts about herself how she is doing so much for the community. She took so much credit for the covid task force that was created. Although she didn't do a single thing to help. In the clinic, she berates her patients and yells, does not want to hear a word a patient has to say and also makes everyone wait hours from when the appointment was scheduled. Watch out Madhu (which is her first name), you definitely cant get away with all the hypocrisy and that shi t attitude of yours

Receptionist named Parmjit has the worst skills to be working there. Way too much attitude to be working up front. Called to make an appointment with my doctor and replies to me with the worst attitude I have ever heard from. My doctors on vacation and she tends to tell me this in the slowest rudest way. I understood the first time she said but again explains to me “Dr.Jawanda is on vacation” in a slow tone and repeated it multiple times. I understand english, i do not need this to be repeated and especially in the slow tone she presented. THE WORST RECEPTIONIST EVER. Don’t know how she got hired and for what skills. Disgusting behaviour ever presented.

Hope i reviewed it without even 1 star. Worst clinic ever .when we need we never get appointment if by chance get an appointment dr Jawanda only see us for 2-3 minutes always in rush .2-3 years back she was very good doctor but not now she’s only on vacations or in rush now . And receptionist never answer the calls .such a horrible place for patients.

1 Star is a blessing for this man! I took my 6 year old son to him. We were in a head on collision 4 weeks ago. After getting checked out at the ER and being fine for a few weeks he started complaining about neck and shoulder pain. My son is not a complainer, at all, so this was a huge red flag for me. Being common knowledge that injuries from car accidents (especially in children) can take time to manifest themselves (my injuries took about over a week to start showing) I took him to the clinic just looking for a referral to a specialist (I go to physio for my injuries). Dr.Hair REFUSED after me asking 3 times to write a referral. He told me NO physiotherapist, chiropractor or massage therapist would deal with children and I needed to use my common sense" and not put him in any activities or sports that could aggravate the injury. I was blown away! Children see specialists all the time

If there was a 0 star option I would definitely give that. Dr. Jawandha worse doctor I’ve ever met. She will only spend 2minute and she’s done with the patient. She doesn’t listen to what the problem is and if you ask to many questions she starts sounding rude. My mom is her private patient- she or her office only take cash for my mom’s appointments, they doesn’t want to do e-transfers or card even in this pandemic. They will ask you to come all the way to their office first and pay cash for the appointment and then doctor calls for the virtual appointment the next day. What a inconvenient way. There is no format of their office, they won’t give you a call for any updates on refills. You could be waiting for a refill for a weeks and they will not let you know that doctor did not approved the refill. So disappointed. I will never recommend this doctor.

I wish I could post this without this 1 star. This is worst of worsts clinics in the town.They don't even deserve 0 star. Receptionists in this office are the laziest ones. They would never answer your phone calls. They would deliberately keep their phone engaged, so your calls are going directly into the voice mail which they never bother to check.You sit with your elderly parent for over 2 hours who has hearing deficit and language barrier, they would not allow you to accompanying them with an excuse of Covid restrictions whereas we both had our boosters and in no way have any symptoms .Staff is so arrogant, with no customer service manners.This clinic should just shut down.Pathetic staff.Would not recommended this place to anyone ever.

The doctor waste too much time if your appointment is 1.30 then you have to wait more than 3 hours then patients should consider there turn will be come at 4:30 not on the time . Staff is not answering the calls even when they are not doing anything . So disappointed with the services . I recommend change your family doctor.

The entire practice/clinic is a sham.I have seen the receptionists, on multiple occasions throughout the years, blatantly ignore the phone as its been ringing. If someone answers, consider yourself lucky.Appointments are the same, both Dr. Hair and Dr. Jawanda lack value for a patient's time and concerns. They are consistently late, leaving a person in the waiting room for hours after scheduled appointment time and fail to follow through with patient, pharmacy, and specialist correspondence.If you have genuine health concerns, find another physician/clinic.
