Thanks to the two guys today at 500 Stradbrook. I was going to the elevator and they let me know the water is down and it’s an emergency repair. I heard nothing from the property management. Kudos to those guys and looks like now it’s working! Thanks guys!

Please share with your driver that racing through a school zone, in August when 30kms doesn’t apply, doesn’t mean he should be speeding, and tailgating, while eating his lunch and screaming at other drivers. Driving isn’t a juggling act. Very aggressive and dangerous. I was their customer last year.. Will never use their business again after that experience.

Wasn't happy with the service. Service call fixed nothing, Got billed and paid for it immediately. They said I needed a new AC unit. A month later they finally called to get more info so they could complete the quote (never did receive one). The next day I got another call saying I had a outstanding amount. Pat called me back and reduce the bill somewhat and I paid it and will never go back.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The quote was accurate and my house is warm again thanks to the new furnace! I ordered on a Wednesday. It was installed and working the following Monday.Highly recommend
