What's not to like?! From my very first call (hello, Sarah!) to delivery and set-up, Forest Cooperage has knocked it out of the park. I asked a lot of questions before decided to buy the tub and every question was answered clearly. We just put the tub together a few days ago (super easy-to-follow instructions) and have filled it up to condition the wood before putting it to rest for the winter. In the spring, we look forward to hooking up the equipment and enjoying many years of hot soaks and cool summer plunges in this gorgeous tub. Big thanks to the team at Forest Cooperage!

I absolutely love my cedar hot tub and highly recommend ordering from Forest Cooperage. Everyone I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable and responsive through the entire process. The tub itself is beautiful, the cedar is high quality and the craftsmanship exquisite. The assembly instructions were well detailed and easy to follow. My tub sealed and was ready to use in a week and used multiple times a week. Looking forward to the years of enjoyment!

We purchased a cedar barrel sauna from Forest Cooperage and we cant be happier.The build quality is amazing, using finest clear red cedar throughout the entire unit. The wood stove is impressive and of very high quality to complement the fine woodworking.The sauna heats up quickly and holds heat very well making the sauna experience absolutely world class.I cant wait to get the hot tub next! While we haven't yet been able to assemble our new hot tub, I just wanted to leave a five-star review regarding our dealings with Forest Cooperage. I cannot thank them enough for their kind, thoughtful, skillful and efficient responses throughout the purchase and to respond to a small breakage problem when we were transporting the pieces to our water-access-only property on Galiano. They turned what we thought might be a disaster (the lip of one of pieces broke off during the complicated transporting process) into a minor mishap - by mailing us a couple replacement bits" free-of-charge

What a fantastic crew! Bought a 4 x 6 hut tub locally and the group at Forest Cooperage showed up and installed the tub exactly how we wanted it. They were always there to answer any questions we had and get us off to enjoying our new tub for nightly relaxation. Truly a great experience and I would recommend them anyone. Loving our new cedar hot tub from Forest Cooperage. This is a really high quality cedar soak tub - I absolutely love it! And to top it off the staff are really friendly, available and knowledgeable, making the whole process enjoyable from start to finish. Soaking in this tub is divine.
