The place is remodeled. Looks neat and clean, way better than before.The food is better than before too, the portions sizes are bigger and the potato fries huge.The service is not fantastic, is fast food but the employees have their own pace, slow..!They turn off the pop machine and you have to go to the counter top for more everytime, and everytime you have to wait all that they want, annoying..!

The food was not bad for being KFC but they seem to forget items often so I would recommend checking the bags before leaving the shop!

I tried to complain to the manager" Navjot who refused to give me her name until I told them that's what I would explain to corporate. Apparently I am not allowed to get hot sauce with my $45 in tacos. That's the only thing that makes the food palatable.When I called the store she dismissed me and encouraged me to complain to corporate. Guess she knows what I just found out that its very hard to find the number but when I get treated with that level of disrespect I will find a way to be heard. All I wanted was for my concern to be heard. Not its a much bigger issue. You don't treat customers like that. Don't worry Navjot I am persistent and will be heard."

Food is good as you could expect from a franchise. Service is OK. Atmosphere not so much if you Dine in tables are dirty and no sign of anybody cleaning. You'll need to ask for napkins to clean your own table. Not to mention floor with soda spills and food.

They only give you one hot sauce per item and if you want more you have to pay for it. This is ridiculous. Service was incredibly slow when ordering inside.

Takes 10 minutes to even get acknowledged you are there. Portions are WAY LESS than other locations. Store was full of angry/impatient customers due to order errors and forgetting to give items ordered.Pretty sad for a franchise.

Went thru drive thru and was asked to pull around front to wait for my order. Took over 10 min to get food. Was 2 pc chicken, 2 tacos, and a crunch wrap.
