I wish I could give 0 stars!! Horrible experience purchasing Termis for our Ducati. Parcel arrived without the up-mapping, packing slip says there is up-mapping included, owner agreed to send the up-mapping in a phone conversation, none received, and now will not let us return the product. Very unhappy with the lack of support in this purchase. Will NEVER buy from them again.
