When we had a flood in our house, they were there within 15 minutes. They packed everything up and got it out of the water for us. They explained everything to us so that we understandWe are only a few days into the drying process but so far, they have been amazing....*UPDATE* we had to put renovations on hold due to a wedding and family here from out of country. The day we took them home, we came back to find someone had been in our house...turns out it was Paul Davis and they left the door unlocked!! A few days later, we had a strong wind that slammed our fence shut... their lock box with our key fell open and our key was laying on the ground... so not only did they leave our house open while we were out of town, they didn't lock the locked box with our house key in it....I have called twice to have the project manager call me and have yet to speak to him... I am now VERY disappointed with the service They have left my house vulnerable TWICE and the project manager can't even bother to return a phone call.... I am giving one star because I can't give zero!

Hi i am a first time client of Paul Davis restoration company.My experience was very good.The team was fast and effecient with all of their duties.Everyone i dealt with was professional kind friendly and accomadating,from the adjuster to managers to clean up to the restoring crew etc..I am very pleased with the results and would recommend Paul Davis.Thank you very much to all.St Thomas, Ontario.

Initial impressions.We had roof damage due to a windstorm.Contacted insurance and Paul Davis was one of the local recommended companies to deal with repalcement.They very quickly contacted me to sign a work release form.It has been weeks. We have received 0 information on options, timing, other details other than what we should do when their installers are on site etc.I have patiently contacted them 3 times, have left 3 messages with a person at reception over the phone asking for our case manager to call us back, since they were out of the office for various reasons. I have received 0 calls back, no voice mails, or inbound calls on the only number that I provided to them. These were calm messages simply asking for more information, over a roughly 2-3 week period.So far my initial impression is that they do not care at all.I am now taking steps to have insurance intervene, and probably move to another provider that will actually care to contact us.

The Paul Davis team have been beyond amazing to work with.From response time, immediate water clean up and restoration.They are calm, accommodating and professional. They made dealing with a major crisis more organized and manageable. We couldn't have dealt with everything without their help!I would highly recommend this incredible team to all looking for crisis management with your home!!

PaulDavis has very good support and follow up ( office staff) , and high professional work done at my house , by all workers, each on his specialized.

Very good staff and contact people. Our water damage occurred at the same time as major floods so no drying fans or mats were placed in our home for a month after damage. But people who came were great. Very professional and friendly. They all worked hard. Special kudos to Kristen,our carpenter, drywaller and painter - she is really special. I would recommend Paul Davis - no complaints.

Our whole post-flood project, from tear out to completion, took a full three months to get the final - amazing - results and each & every step was handled very professionally & with excellent workmanship. Every single member of each crew (department") was courteous and skilled in their area of expertise and I was very comfortable having them in my home. Heaven forbid we have another situation like this again but it will always be Paul Davis Restoration that I call."

The drain backed up in the basement of our rental house. It was gross. Will from Paul Davis was on site within 30 mins of being called out at 6pm. Their team had the water out of the basement that evening. They came back the next day and took away all the contaminated debris. Once the drain was cleared, they came back again. They cleaned and sanitized the basement so the furnace and hot water tank could be replaced. Each time they showed up on time and worked efficiently. I am so grateful. The basement looks (and smells) great. Thank you Will and your team of experts!

Very positive. Everyone was more than helpful and very professional. They were all very compassionate after our problems with weather damage and helped us recover from our loss and complete abandonment from our insce. company (Intac).
