Ordered shoes from this store a week and a half ago and it still hasn’t been shipped. Called and the store and customer service and they told me that there’s nothing they can do. Terrible management. Don’t pre-order.

I received an order from this location.They sent me the floor model for the shoes and they were damaged.The online customer service sucks, they could do nothing for me. I now need to find a show repair for a brand new pair of shoes.The shoes are not available near me so i cant even go into a store and exchange a new pair.

I shopped in the store in hamilton. I did not have a pleasant experience. One sales lady was very enthusiastic and helpful. The old of the two salesperson was not customer friendly.One first occasion: I asked for a sign up discount 15 %. The unfriendly executive said it is applicable on second purchase that is not true. It is applicable after signing up.My second incident, I changed my mind after I purchased the shoes, wanted another color shoes but I never had the box for return. The unfriendly executive refused to make the exchange. I am stuck with a goods which I not happy with.Can I still do the exchange without the box? Actually I purchased the shoes without the box because I had no space to carry the box with all my heavy shopping at Lime Ridge Mall

I like this store and appreciate the large selection of shoes on display, but when it comes to actually trying them on I am disappointed by the stunning lack on inventory. It is nearly impossible to find a size 10 available in any of the styles I am interested in. This seems to be a glaring issue at other Call it Spring locations I have visited, not just this one.

The older lady (probably early 40s) with blonde hair working the evening of Tuesday May 9th has terrible delivery. Came across as a know it all to the other sales representatives and was gossiping behind the counter for all to hear. Do better.

Limeridge MallThe worst customer service ever.Long story short- I couldn't return a product in store that was ordered online.Which is fine, that wasn't the problem. It was the lack of professionalism coming from one of the female staff (young girl, brunette) and the manager as well. I was told over the phone that I could return the shoes. Then when I got there, I was told no.They didn't even apologize over the inconvenience of being given the wrong info. You would expect at least an apology but instead I was accused of wearing them. I was talked to very ignorantly. I couldn't believe I was talking to the manager. Instead of laughing in the background and talking secretly learn what it's like to take care of your customers with respect.

10/10 customer service when I was there yesterday! Both of the lovely ladies there were super nice and even though the store was busy everyone was being taken care of.I cannot express how much I love that Spring has gone fully vegan/ sustainable and still maintains style and comfort!Like are you kidding me with how cute these are!

Usually shop at Call it Spring 1-2x a year but today was definitely my favourite experience so far. The two sales agents were really respectful, polite, and helpful without being pushy whatsoever. Such an easygoing and relaxing experience, really refreshing and I wanted to let their management know.I wish they’d increase the amount of PPE given to the associates as the screen didn’t fully circle their cash registers which is a bit cheap and unfair to them considering some items are right beside the register, honestly. Overall great visit as a customer, but please do a bit better for your employees safety and health.

If I could give 0 stars I would the sales person was so rude and disrespectful her tone was disgusting I'm never shopping at this location ever again I have worked in sales before and even when I had bad days I still put a smile on my face and was nice to customers but to be treated like that is not acceptable I simply left the merchandise there and walked out they lost my business for sure
