Thank you so much for working with me so patiently and over a period of time to help me let my cats live in peace with each other. Various drugs were tried in various doses and, like a science experiment, didn’t work out. You, the vets, kept listening to my stressed out need for help. Finally success…zylkene. Both cats are reating happily in the sunshine, Steve is no longer attacking me at night. My very timid cat has come out of hiding 22 of 24 hours a day. My bully seems much calmer and less territorial /aggressive. Thanks for your patience, knowledge, and willingness to help me AND Steve and Mei!

Always quick to get our pup in to see someone when she's not doing well. Attentive and checks her throughly. Always come for yearly visit. Fair to recommend medictions for off brands to save costs. And flee and tick meds. Would recommend.

First of all, this place is the only place I will take my animals. Unfortunately my dogs got ahold of a porcupine and one dog had over 200 quills. I called and they took us in right away, although my dog had not been there before they took him in as well because he only had a few quills. The dogs came out groggy but very happy. I am confident that this veterinary hospital will always take the best care of your beloved pets. I can’t thank the vets, vet techs and the admin staff for their help and comfort during a stressful time.

The vet was kind and very helpful. Cared for the puppies I brought in, as well as very informative about rectifying any problems I had with them. If can get in I suggest you go there!!!

Very worried about our dog not being able to use her hind leg suddenly. As we do not (did not) have a vet in this area I called and was able to leave a message explaining our situation. I did not get a call back. The very next morning I left the second message and said if you can't take us on would you please leave me a quick vm or call to say so" .I never did receive a call from anyone.Given the reviews I was not impressed.Thankfully our dog received emergency care in Arnprior by a vet who was fully booked but squeezed us in anyway.Our dog is on the mend. And received fabulous care and attention by all staff.Such terrible service!No stars for your clinic if I could do so!"

It was an excellent visit. Took great care of our cat Thomas. Would highly recommend this place.

Excellence in all categories. The veterinarians there, are professional, caring and understanding. They handle emergencies fast and keep you in the loop, they call you when they say they will. The ladies on the front desk are also pleasant, couteous, and extremely helpful. I would highly recommended the Renfrew Animal Hospital. I know that's where my cats will be going!!
