Staff didn't know where anything was, couldn't order anything just told me to go online. Tiny store, no stock. Not impressed

A well stocked and thoroughly delightful place to visit. Staff was very helpful in determining and locating an appropriate product. These guys have what the big box stores don't. Love it!

There are some items that are a little more costly than home Depot for example but it's competitive overall. The staff has been there for a long time and seem to know.... Everything! I will always promote family/locally owned businesses. It's hard to compete with the giants.

When asking for help finding a flapper to repair a toilet, the employee walked me to it and indicated the stock Fortin's had on hand. Helpful, kind and knows their hardware, that's Fortin's on Airport Road, Chilliwack.

The staff here are really approachable and helpful. I love that Home Hardware carries products that no one else has as well, it doesn't feel like I'm shopping at any other big box store. When they were out of stock on an item I came in for, instead of sending us to their location in Sardis, they had it delivered to the store that same day. We went across the street to the Rona for other things we needed, and they called me within an hour to tell me that it had just arrived. I can't remember her name, but the woman who runs the paint counter has been so pleasant the last few times we came to the shop, and she remembered who I was after our first visit there.
