Every staff member is so lovely and accomodating. Their facilities are always super clean. I couldn't recommend them more. I've tried other tanning places in the past and none have made me want to go back. The balancer pro, sauna, and KBL beds are my go to! Highly highly recommended

Went in on a spur of the moment. The girl at the front desk was very knowledgable and chipper. Super friendly. Gave me a tour of the place and showed me all of the pricing. What I liked the most is that when I told her I would be a drop in only, she did not try to pressure me into buying more minutes. Thank you for that. I took her advice on which bed to use and lotion. Happy all around.

I wandered into this place to buy tanning minutes for vacation prep and upgraded to the all access pass the next day! This place is an oasis. Love the staff. I go 3-5 times/ week. I'd go more if my schedule allowed. Sure you can build a gorgeous tan, but it only takes a few minutes, so why not toast up in a sauna and jiggle in the red light while you're there? Busy place; appointments recommended.

This was a spur of the moment decision to go tanning. Linnae at the Shawnessy location is fantastic. She is very well informed about the products are services at this salon. She made me feel very at ease with all my decisions. Overall a great experience.

Went in tonight for my first visit to get a spray tan for my wedding and Heidi (I believe is her name) made me look so flawless and gave me a boost of confidence!! Thanks for a great experience and I love how natural the tan looks!

Ive just returned home from my vacation and I can confidentially say Jaiden gave me the absolute best spray tan of my life. Almost 2 weeks later and it hasn't even budged thanks to her advice! The colour was perfect and she was so knowledgeable about not only her location but other popular options in the city. She was able to understand what went wrong before and fixed it for me! She was great at making me feel comfortable and was extremely precise. I would highly recommend requesting her! You will not be disappointed!

Lindsay has helped me every time I've gone and has been nothing but amazing. She always has the room ready on time for my booking.
