BN is my go-to optometrist as I find they have a good selection of frames to chose from and their prices are very reasonable... but, I am here to write about my customer service experience at the Mapleview location. To sum it up, they probably have the loveliest, most helpful and patient customer support representatives you will ever meet. Angela and Mai are very caring and empathetic, and take the time to explain things very clearly. They make great recommendations, and do not make you feel rushed or unimportant. They really do stand behind their product and their customer satisfaction guarantee. I am very much enjoying my new glasses and will be back for more. A+

The doctor did my eye exam before the dilation eye drops worked! She supposed to wait longer but she just examined me in less than 10 minutes from taking the drop when I was still seeing everything clearly. I walked around in the mall and ten minutes later the eye drop started working and everything was blurry which means she didn’t do the examination in the right timing and didn’t get the accurate results. Don’t go there and go somewhere else when you can get a professional service.

Fantastic service! One of the girls helped me to pick out a second pair and I love them. The glasses are super lightweight and feel much more comfortable on my face than an expensive pair that I had previously and never worn because they were too heavy. Definitely recommend for your next pair (or two)!

Bailey Nelson is now the only store I go to for my glasses. Their selection is phenomenal and it’s nice to see cool and trendy styles of frames. Customer service is excellent. They will make sure your frames fit perfectly and if you need a minor adjustments, you can drop in at any time and they will adjust them for you. Great selection and affordable pricing. Winning!
