Most unorganized place ever, brought an isb 6.7 for a deck bore and hone and New pistons, supposed to be ready in a few weeks. Everytime i called a new excuse, waiting for pistons, no employees, ordered new machines, then started its gonna be ready next week, lost the main caps, lost the bolts, one month later, youll have it thurday, youll have it in 2 days.... a whole year went by giving dates for pickup that never happened. I got fet up and showed up in person. Last time we spoke he said it would be ready and assembled in 2 days, dont call just come pick it up. I told him with his track record that i prefer he calls me. Obviously never got a call like always. And no, it wasnt assembled as i expected when i got there, and the deck wasnt surfaced either. I litterally had this engine there 1 year. This is a working truck that lost income. Paid 250$ a month parking for 12 months. I told the guys ar Universal when the first 2 months went by i need the truck running asap. Im not speaking about the quality of work here... but this is the most unprofessional machine shop around. They are completely lost! And very rude. Bring your stuff somewhere else! Youll thank me in the long run!
