Staff is very rude and can't give a medicine which was in front of them even after 30 mins wait. When I ask them how long I have to wait they say you can go if can't wait.

I went to the Mississauga location since this one is closer to home and was looking to get a refund for the toothbrush. I went up to the store with the item with the electronic sticker so the system was alarmed by the item. I went up to the desk and the guy clearly gave me a suspicious look and didn't really greet me or anything at all. This is understanding from my end since I have something to return that still has the electronic sticker on it. But as far as what happened, the electronic sticker was not entirely my fault. The guy processed my refund even though the receipt won't scan he was able to put the receipt information. He asked for my name, my phone number, and my address and put it on the system. However, he has to ask the manager for assistance. The manager who was a lady went up and look at the receipt. She told me that I have to return it to the location that I bought it from. However, Brampton is far away which is a 40-minute drive. And it doesn't make any sense that it is the same store but cant process the refund. So then she took the item and the receipt with her and was gone for about 2-3 minutes. She came back and said that she just wants to verify if they carry the item in the store. This is a bit suspicious since I already gave her the receipt and even showed her the card that was matching the proof of payment. And then when she was processing the refund and scanning the receipt. The receipt wasn't scanning and she advised me that she is not able to process the receipt since it is not scanning. I told her that her colleague who just helped me put the code on the receipt in the system but why can't she do it herself? I work in retail and when the receipt is not scanned there is a certain code that we put in because we know sometimes the paper doesn't work. She told me that there are other different reasons why she can't process the refund. It seems to me that she is implying that I stole the item when I clearly told her the situation of what happened. The Brampton Location gave me bad customer service and did not take the electronic sticker out of the item. She told me that there are 3 different reasons which are basically because I have the tag still on, the receipt is not scanning and it is not in the same location. I had my personal information given out and the refund is still not processed. My address, my name and my phone number and the manager have my card verified. I just wanted to get the item refunded.

I’d give it a 0 if I could.Had the worst service by an employee or possible SM or ASM named Noreen.Wanted to buy a birthday gift card, price said $4.99. Register rung it up at $6.49. I pointed out that the card said $4.99 and it didn’t say US or CDN. There was only one price. Cashier didn’t know, he asked Noreen and she just said it’s the US price. Again, card did NOT indicate it’s the US price. So I pointed that out and right off the bat she told me “not to fight” and wouldn’t change the price. She told me Hallmark comes from the states and their prices are in US. If that’s the case, maybe you guys should tag these cards in CDN prices? Anyway, I left the store, pretty angry. I called the store to get her name, and of course, she answered the phone. I asked for the name so I can file a complaint about her (lack of) customer service. She said “complain for what?” And I told her just that. She said they’re “not allowed to give out names” and I said “yes you are.” And she hung up the phone on me. Seriously? This is some sort of manager? This is how Rexall deals with customers?Even reached out to Rexall head office, and haven’t heard from the DM for about 2 weeks now.

I never recommended shopping here. Expensive prices even the flyers are more than the market prices. They don't accept tap or Mobile payments you have to bring your card. You will find a new not friendly trainee cashier for every day you visit it and the same as well for the post-Canada inside it

The lady in the hijab is incompetent. I do not like people who are incompetent and compensate by ironically being louder and using an annoying condescending tone while simultaneously still making mistakes in front of me.As always, I’m generously patient and look the other way in most cases because I got more important things to deal with, but this took way too long and you are affecting too much time because of a silly ego that doesn’t match up with your skill set. Therefore, I do not owe patience to that but still I let it slide. It’s always older people with an ego doing this nonsense. Do better, talk better, and think better.

If you are looking for employment at this location, your better off pan handling. As a ex employee it was a unpleasant place to work due to management ( Shelly).The Manager is verbally abusive.She even degrades her employees infront of the customers. Rexall, there should be a better screening process.Excellent store / But poor management.

Went to this place 3 times to ship something and 2/3 witnessed the manager Shelly degrade her coworkers. Very rude and unpleasant person with no sense of empathy.
