Don't trust the in stock on the website. Drove here to pick up an INSTOCK item.. not only did they not have it, it's not on sale and they had no idea when the item is coming in stock... not happy. Wasted my time.After the managers reply I went back a second time, and managed to get what I wanted the first time, I believe it was from the owner himself.Not sure who the other guy was but he didn't help the business...

A couple weeks ago I drove to Barrie from Pickering to visit IgniteBarrie I got there at 10:30AM and I forgot they didn't open until 11:00AM. I saw someone going into the store and I yelled out you don't open until 11:00AM right he responded give me a minute 2 minutes later he came out and said were open now. I said to my friend that's customer service. Now let me talk about the service. I have been in customer service for over 35 years and the service I received at IgniteBarrie was the best service I have ever received. Not because they have incredible deals although that was amazing. It was the way I was treated second to none. So friendly and helpful I was just blown away.
