I had ordered 10 packs of Turbo Clear and when they arrived a couple of them had crystalized. I emailed them and inquired if they had a bad batch and they responded that they had probably been frozen on route. He said they have tried several solutions to fix this but with no luck. I just shrugged it off as bad luck. Well a week later I get a box in the mail with 10 replacement packs of Turbo Clear. I was surpised as I hadn't ask for this. Nice! Thanks BrewHQ. Great service. (as always).

What’s not to love? Large selection of ingredients and beer kits. Excellent customer service (friendly replies by email in a matter of minutes). And perhaps best of all, rapid delivery (free for orders over $100). I got an order of three beer kits to Montreal in less than a week. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

Had really great experience here. My friend and I did their Saturday morning Brew School. We've made beer kits for years and decided we'd give Brew School a shot. We got hands on experience to make all grain brews and take the wort home to make some tasty beer.Meanwhile there was popcorn, beer, softdrinks, and a full fledged arcade to play. Beer, snacks, and videogames?! Come on who doesn't like the sound of that!Kieren was an amazing instructor and showed us how to correct all our bad habits and explained why things needed to happen certain ways. I don't know what he gets paid but it's not enough for the service he provided us. Fantastic guy. Highly recommend the staff here and the products they provide. Not to mention it's just a fun place to go!

Ordered some items and had them sent to me in Ontario. I was very happy that they had stock, and could ship right away. I emailed the owner with a question, and they replied within a day. I will be giving them more business as I like the free shipping also.
