JUST GO TO A REAL LAWYER. WOULD GUVE NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD.I wish I would have read the reviews before using this company. I can see the owner is responding, but no issues are actually being rectified. I used them for a demand letter, the person refused the letter and they charged me $20 to send it to another address that was correct, but it was refused again. They then offered a service to find the person"

Save your money & go represent yourself! They take your credit card information for payment right away regardless if your court date is 3 to 6 months away then assign a trainee lawyer who's not able to negotiate any deal. I was left right back at square one after paying $560 upfront. I STRONGLY do not recommend.

Lawyer was very attentive and produced document over a weekend (!) but the turnaround time getting it out by support staff could be better. Qualified endorsement, but please, a tighter response time is needed when we’re dealing with urgent legal issues: we need to know you are on the ball and on our side. The intent seems good. The practise needs some minor remediation. I’ll come back.

Poor services. My partner has been trying to get in touch with his lawyer for weeks now and still no return after hours spent on the phone. The lack of professionalism and support is unacceptable. He paid for services while getting no follow-ups or counsel. Lots of promises but no actions. Really frustrating. They don't take their client interest into consideration. Choose wisely.

Unfortunately I did not do my due diligence on this legal firm. I payed money to this company for legal services. I then started to see reviews pop up about bad servive. I then called back and requested my money back. Customer service will not answer the phone. Then talked to the people who make the appointments and take your payment information. He could not get intouch with customer services either. They are based in Quebec. I would advise you not to do business with them.

They took my money, make a letter and drop the case, basically they charge me around 500$ to make a formal notice, and shortly after, they said that can not continue with the case.If you want to giveaway money this is the perfect place, nobody is willing to help you. Bad company not recommended at all

If your looking for legal service to settle a dispute in small claims court look no further. I came across Neolegal online, so glad I chose them! Very professional, they have an online service where you can add your documents, see your files written letters etc.. you have visibility of every step and action they have taken. You receive an email advising you to go in the portal when there´s new information or a question etc.. the portal is very user friendly as well as privacy. I highly recommend Neolegal!!

I would give zero or negative stars if I could. My next letter will be sent to the Barreau du Quebec!This firm is a joke. Just received a letter, wrong adresse by the way, informing that their dear client will cut my tree branches!! Hello!!! It is against the law!!! What kind of a lawyer are you????? Your dear client will pay for every branch! There are laws other than 1619 ccQ, as you should know.Tell your client to buy a rake!

This law firm is 100% scam. DONT EVER work with them. They will charge you $1000, assuring they will have a lawyer for you. After no email, no calls. After hours of waiting on line, they will again assure you the lawyer will connect with you. But no response. Of course you will have no choice but to cancel Neolegal. They will do it very easy but they will keep $200. You lose time and money. They should be called Not Legal firm instead of Neolegal. Pure fraude
