Great experience! Staff was friendly and even helped identify a old battery with no model number. They had the niche batteries I needed in stock! Worth the drive!

Product was an exact fit for an older Sony VAIO laptop. Seems to indeed have about 20% more capacity than the stock battery pack. Arrived in two days - no fuss, no problem.

Honestly was concerned buying a replacement battery online with so many sketchy websites showing up in searches.I am however very happy i took a moment to research and find this site. The battery i ordered was exactly what i needed. it shipped and i received it within a week.I would not hesitate to buy from them again.6stars if it were possible.

These people are great ! I was looking for a battery for an oldie but goodie Sony camera and they suggested that I get it online! I ended up finding 3 new batteries and a USB charger for 1/3rd the price of 1 battery! That’s what I call customer oriented.

Ordered two cell batteries about 9 months ago. First swelled after four months use, second swelled with 7 months use. Both times the company was very responsive to emails and sent replacements. We'll see if the new batteries are any better.

Very professional group! We received the wrong battery for our order, called promptly and the team was fast to act and warm in their interactions. The resend came within a week and the instructions sending the other battery were super clear. Glad to support a local business!
