I've previous left a good review for this place but as per recent visits that has now changed, not sure what is wrong g with the older white haired lady but I've had her serve me twice and both times I've found her customer service needs a lot of work, she almost comes off with an attitude that she is more knowledgeable then the customer, I've been a professional painter across Canada with more than 20 years experience, i would suggest perhaps she should be kept in the back and not serving the public

I went there looking for a specific product while i was halfway through a stain job. They did not have what i was after...but they suggested other places to check. I was just pulling into the next store- got a phone call.Sherwin williams! They tracked down my product, and told me where to go. ( i didnt even leave my number) guess they got it off my work truck. SERVICE!!!Ill be going there next time i paint my house.
