I replaced my old gas dryer with a new one, and I needed it installed. Sometimes it can be difficult to get a tradesperson to do a relatively small job like that, but I was extremely impressed! They came quickly, got the job done efficiently and the technician, Jacob, was very professional. Before leaving, he even checked the owner's manual to make sure that he had done the job correctly. This company's definitely on my contact list.

We went through several companies for quotes on forced air systems and heat pump systems. We ended up going with Brendon's for a heat pump install as Brendon was professional, courteous, and willing to talk through all of our questions about the different options. Throughout the install, every employee who visited our house to complete work was kind, professional, and respectful of our property. It was the busy season and I wish we had been kept in the loop a bit more about when our install was going to begin, but once the work got started it went very smoothly. We've had a poor experience with another company in the area and will definitely go with Brendon's for any other related work in the future.

The way it should be! It is great when you hire a professional and they leave no doubt that the work has been done correcty. Kim and Tim were here on time, did an excellent job and had the new air unit up and running in no time. Thank you for your quick response and professional service. Highly recommeneded to others.

I can see why they have a near perfect rating.AC was acting up over the weekend with the house at 27 deg C during a heat wave. Called one brand name company and was told they were booking service calls into the 3rd week of Jul to even come look at it (yes 4 weeks from now).Called Brendon as soon as they opened and he sent his tech right over. An hour later and the AC is working great again.They have definitely earned my business for any future HVAC and plumbing repairs or replacements.

Amazing job. Just had them replace a rental hot water tank. Very professional, clean and detail oriented crew. They were polite and ensured a carpet runner was installed to minimize any mess.Would highly recommend to anyone.Brendan was great to deal with and squeezed us in even with being short a couple of guys for the day.

Brendon responded to our no heat situation right away!! Turned out we needed a new furnace! Now remember we went into our second lock down and furnaces are not always available. Brendon found one that fit our needs right away and his team had it installed right away!! It gets cold in January. A big shout out to Brendon and all his team right from the friendly service from the office staff to the professional team that was sent to our home to do the removal and installation!! Had outstanding customer service on 2 Aug 2019 with Brendon Plumbing & Heating by having them install a 1.5 ton AC unit. The technicians showed up on time and were very professional. Would highly recommend... Great local business.

The company did a full conversion from oil to propane for my house, and provided quotes in stages: From propane tank location to exterior of house, interior piping & install of hot water tank, and ultimately the furance. Decommission and removal of furnace, oil tank, AC and HWT was also quoted.The job was done in stages at my request as I was also doing other renos to enable a move of the furnace/HWT and other work on the house.Being handy, I did the trenching for the propane line, the forms for a concrete pad for a 500 gallon propane tank (concrete pad was poured and finished by a concrete crew), and other grunt work to make this happen.The propane tank and pad was installed in Aug 17 with the HWT shortly thereafter. At my request the furnace was installed in Dec 17 when I was ready.The HVAC crew with Brendon was very professional and clean, the quote was a fair price, and the final quality of work was outstanding. I went with a propane John Wood 50 gallon HWT and a propane Luxaire 2 stage furnace. I am very happy with both.Brendon's crews also smartly plan ahead with capped T"'s in the right places for future use (from fireplace to kitchen stove to dryer to outside BBQ - it's all ready to be worked in).I will be working with them again as I now plan to install propane heating to my garage

Brendon was a pleasure coordinating a quote and Kelly was responsive to administrating. Fairly quick turn around from quote to installation.Nick and Stefan were on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and did a good installation from what I can tell. I would have preferred the lines rerun back on the ceiling (not the wall) but that's just personal preference.I got an old unit replaced with a 1.5 ton Luxaire TC3 installed. It's cooled the house and i'm a little more prepared for the next heat wave. Good value compared to other quotes I received.Thanks all!
