One of the best gniocci that I ever had. They promised fresh and quality pasta and they delivered it.What's the most important thing in a gniocci? Their pillow consistency. Once you out it in your mouth it should almost melt. They achieved it. With the addition of the cheese and tomato sauce, the portion was way too small. It was amazing!

You can definitely tell that the pasta is fresh. Excellent texture, made really well. I just wish they included more sauce and basil in their tagliatelle pomodoro. I’d either ask for a little extra sauce or order something else off the menu.

Best pasta I have had in a very long time. The chocolate mousse was divine. The food was so good that I had dinner there 2 of the 4 nights I was in Montreal. The Italian sodas were amazing! Plus the staff made the whole experience so enjoyable.

The gnocchis were not chewy, they were way too soft and the portion didn't justify the 20$+tx. The carbonara was slighty better, but unfortunately the pasta was not cooked thoroughly (hard to chew) and overseasoned with salt and pepper.I would avoid this counter if you go to Le Central for a meal.
